Blake H. Elliott, Associate

Blake joined Cruver, Robbins & Fu as an associate in March of 2025. Blake’s practice focuses on the representation of engineering, construction and manufacturing businesses in the upstream, downstream and midstream sectors of the energy and natural resources industries. Blake joins the firm with experience in drafting and negotiating a wide variety of industry-related contracts, such as confidentiality agreements, engineering, EPC, survey, inspection, manufacturing, fabrication and consulting agreements. Blake also provides as-needed in-house legal services with a presence in clients’ offices.
Originally from Midland, Texas, Blake graduated cum laude from Texas A&M University in 2020 with a degree in Political Science. During his time at A&M, Blake took part in the Public Policy Internship Program, which gave him the opportunity to live and work in Washington,
D.C. Outside of his studies, he found time to volunteer with the Ronald McDonald House in Bryan, TX. Blake earned his Doctor of Jurisprudence from South Texas College of Law Houston in 2024. While in law school, Blake received the CALI Excellence for the Future Award for the highest grade in Legal Research and Writing. Blake also gained legal experience interning at a title company and with a family law attorney.
