Audrey M. O'Neal, Associate

Audrey joined Cruver, Robbins & Fu as an associate in November of 2025. Audrey’s practice focuses on the representation of engineering, construction, manufacturing and technology businesses in the upstream, downstream and midstream sectors of the energy and natural resources industries. Audrey joins the firm with experience in business litigation, employment law, and construction law. Audrey has worked with private firms and the judiciary, gaining insight into commercial disputes, contract enforcement, and risk management, where she conducted legal research and case analysis on business torts, employment disputes, and contract litigation.

In addition, Audrey has supported attorneys in shareholder rights, corporate governance, and contract negotiation, particularly in construction and employment. A certified mediator, Audrey applies her negotiation skills to claims resolution and dispute prevention.

Audrey received her Juris doctorate from South Texas College of Law Houston and is a member of the Houston Bar Association, American Bar Association and Houston Association of Women Attorneys. Prior to law school, Audrey earned her B.B.A. from Texas A&M University and was actively involved in leadership and mentorship initiatives.
