Ambrose A. Reilly, Associate

Ambrose Reilly joined Cruver, Robbins & Fu in the fall of 2023. His practice to date has focused on a wide variety of engineering and construction law-related issues, with a primary focus on corporate formation and corporate law, the drafting of engineering, construction and other project-related contracts, and the drafting and negotiation of confidentiality agreements.
Ambrose grew up in Houston, Texas and received his undergraduate degree (B.A. Government) from the University of Texas at Austin in 2020, and a Doctor of Jurisprudence from the University of Oklahoma College of Law in 2023. While in law school, Ambrose was the Vice President of the Technology & Legal Innovation Society and a named member of the Dean’s List. Prior to joining the firm, Ambrose interned for multiple law firms in both Texas and Oklahoma, working in the fields of criminal, immigration, and personal injury law.
