Jereme J. Gray, Associate

Jereme Gray is a registered patent attorney whose legal practice presently focuses on engineering and construction law. He represents engineering, construction and manufacturing firms and project owners in a wide variety of matters including drafting and negotiating confidentiality, supply and service agreements, corporate formation, acquisition and project development activities, and the creation of corporate compliance policies and programs. Jereme has worked with clients of all sizes, both in Texas and abroad.

Before earning his law degree, Jereme obtained a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, with a focus on energy systems. During law school, Jereme served as an editor for the Houston Journal of International Law, clerked for an oilfield service company, and prepared domestic and international patent applications for clients in the oilfield, manufacturing and electronics industries. Prior to joining the firm, Jereme worked in business development for an international renewables company, where he drafted proposals and negotiated complex supply and service contracts valued at up to $600 million.
