Jack W. Robbins

Jack W. Robbins, Managing Partner/Owner

Jack’s practice focuses exclusively on the representation of domestic and international engineering, construction and manufacturing businesses in the upstream, downstream and midstream sectors of the industry. Jack has extensive experience drafting and negotiating a wide variety of project-related contracts, such as engineering, EPC, EPCM, survey, inspection, manufacturing, fabrication and consulting agreements. Jack has represented his clients in contract negotiations on projects in more than twenty countries worldwide.

Jack has advised his clients on doing business in foreign countries for more than a decade, and has assisted in establishing business ventures in West Africa, the Middle East, India, Asia-Pacific and South America.

Jack has been actively involved in large domestic and international mergers and acquisitions, and has conducted due diligence in the United States, the United Kingdom, Europe and the former Soviet Union.

Jack received his undergraduate degree (B.A. History) from the University of Arkansas in 1994, and his Doctor of Jurisprudence from South Texas College of Law in 1997.
